From Epic to Education: Embracing administrative roles with Dr. Amir Khan

Dr. Amir Khan is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon, who has served in various administrative roles over his career at Mayo Clinic, including leading our institution’s involvement in the Kaleidoscope program at Epic.

In this episode, Dr. Khan shares his perspective about various aspects of health care leadership and education.  He highlights the value of being part of complex solutions for our practices, respecting the whole care team, mentoring residents and understanding and having access to data.
