Dr. Lilly Wagner is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Mayo Clinic. She established a multidisciplinary oculofacial plastic surgery clinic at Mayo Clinic and joins us today about that project. Multidisciplinary clinics have the benefit of bringing together multiple physicians to treat complex patients. Dr. Wagner tells us about the challenges and successes of running joint clinics, and shares pearls of how to implement these types of clinics in your practice.
